As the real estate world evolves, there’s a new, more personalized way for buyers to work with their agents!

Just like sellers sign an agreement with their listing broker, buyers will now have a similar agreement with their buyer's agent. This outlines the services provided and the terms of compensation—bringing more transparency to the process.

One key change is that buyer-broker compensation will no longer be advertised in the MLS, which means we may not know ahead of time if or what the seller is willing to cover for your agent's fee. But don’t worry! There are flexible options for how this can work:

You can ask the seller to cover the buyer-broker compensation from the sale.
You can choose to pay from your own funds.
Or, we can explore a mix of both!

These updates are designed to give you more choices and clarity, making the home buying process even smoother. I'm here to guide you every step of the way!
