Jodi Manning has lived on the Northshore of Chicago for most of her life. She was raised in Highland Park and then spent a decade residing in the Lincoln Park and Gold Coast area of Chicago. Jodi has purchased several properties in both Glenview and Northbrook. Jodi has now been living in Northbrook for the past 17 years. Jodi Manning has transitioned her 20+ years of experien

ce from the luxury apparel industry to Real Estate. She was Senior Executive for several upscale specialty retailers on Michigan Avenue. Her responsibilities were running all aspects of the store, delivering sales, creating marketing events and all the visual aesthetics and presentations of the store. Jodi felt the most important aspect of her job was training the store associates on how to build relationships and deliver excellence in service and client satisfaction, something Jodi takes very much to heart. Jodi has won several national awards for her ability to drive and close sales, her excellence in service, along with her strong negotiating skills with vendors in both the US and European luxury market. Jodi has a team of graphic artists to create luxury marketing materials for your home that will appeal and draw prospective buyers. Her visual background will be key to properly staging your home. Jodi’s goal is for your home to have the most exposure, setting it apart from the rest. She is strategic, aggressive, and creative in putting together an individualized comprehensive marketing plan that will get your home sold. Jodi utilizes all social media sites along with Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and ColdwellBankerOnline.com. On a personal note, Jodi believes that your home is your safe heaven, its where you build your life, share time with family and dream your dreams. Jodi contributes a percentage of her commissions to homeless families in Chicagoland, her hope is that everyone should have a safe place to rest their head to rest their head at night!!!
