As a lifetime resident of the Chicago area with an in-depth knowledge in the real estate business, I offer an exceptional and knowledgeable customer service experience. I specialize in advising and educating clients on prices, trends, areas, and amenities. Almost every real estate transaction revolves around a problem in someone’s life. There could be good problems like getting married, having a child, or starting a new career or there could be bad problems like job loss, death in a family, divorce etc. Regardless of the circumstances, I know that helping someone solve their problem is an honorable and worthwhile task. I try to customize your experience. You choose how you want to be communicated with and you choose how you want to search for a new home or how you want me to list your home. Every day I seek to build new relationships with people I have never met or deepen relationships with those I do know. Once I build a relationship it’s easier to earn people’s trust in assisting them with one of the biggest moments in their life: buying or selling a home. The purpose of my business is to provide you with a high level of service that will let you gladly introduce me to your friends, family, or anyone else that you know that may need my help. After all, a referral is an introduction to someone you care about, to someone you trust. Outside of my real estate business, I am active in my local real estate board, I volunteer in a few chamber of commerce's, I serve on a school board, exercise, and play the occasional round of golf.
