We “traveled” to the Netherlands and explored it’s rich culture, unique customs, and even sampled stroopwafels! Thank you, Terri!

We had an amazing and informative presentation on the Diabetes Prevention Program! Residents learned about common risk factors for diabetes, how to determine eligibility, and the opportunity to enroll in this free program. To top it off, the presenters prepared a delicious and easy lunch that showed healthy eating doesn’t have to mean following a strict “diet” — it’s all about making good choices and enjoying foods in moderation. Thank you, St. Peter’s Health Partners for such a wonderful and inspiring session!
