r for 17 properties, Jen has enjoyed a spectrum of responsibilities & daily tasks needed to have the houses ready for guests at a moment’s notice. Now settled into the new area of selling residential real estate, Jen’s endless energy and enthusiasm, her careful research and personal service has put her on the radar of many in her sphere as well as in the area communities. Raised in Meeker, Colorado, Jen’s love for everything outdoors is deeply engrained. She hikes, bikes, runs, skis, camps, & loves to swim at the Glenwood Hot Springs. Along with her husband, Steve, daughters Thea & Sophie, Jen takes full advantage of our beautiful surroundings. Jen’s husband, Steve is the Director of Golf at the River Valley Ranch in Carbondale. Dad, Jim Cook is also a PGA professional. It’s safe to say she’s at home on the golf course, or hiking to the Cross, floating the Roaring Fork, or on the slopes. Jennifer’s love for the area has led her to be involved with many worthwhile & volunteer activities. Heading up Hospice of the Valley’s major fund-raising event, chairing her daughters’ school fund raising River Valley Ranch golf Tournament, & partnering with her husband Steve’s passion of getting young people involved in golf with “Golf In The Park Presented By Youth Golf Colorado” keeps her on the run. Jennifer’s real estate experience, her insider knowledge of area countryside, culture, & events give her clients an edge in finding & acquiring their special home. After getting daughters Thea, 12 and Sophie 10, off to school, Jen is back to full time and available to help you with all your real estate needs at The Property Shop.
