Another year in the books! Thank you all who put their trust and faith in me to get the job done for them! Call me if you need me for Any Real Estate needs. Here is to year number 34!!! Some might ask? 34 years and Bronze level is what is achieved, why not Gold or Platinum? Well I learned early on in my RE career what I was able to handle and still make sure I stay on top of every deal I do with my fullest attention. In Real estate there are many things that can happen and I pride myself on trying to avoid problems but when they occur finding the best solutions for all involved to keep transactions together and my customers happy. My clients interest ALWAYS come first! If I have too many going on at one time I do not feel the control I like to have to make sure my customers are taken care of to the fullest. Let's just say I do not spread myself too thin for what I am capable of, I know what I can handle. There are many agents that can handle more customers than me at one time. I have never felt it is about the amount of deals you do but the quality of service you give your customers. It also gives me a balance to keep myself sane which also helps to keep me at my best for my customers. So, no I am not the top producer out there but I am one of the best agents you will work with and I pride myself with that.
