I'm so excited to share with everyone that I completed my first Real Estate transaction by helping the Pacheco Family with the purchase of their home.

I would like to thank the Pacheco family for giving me the opportunity to help them find a home for their family as well as their horses. I thank the Pacheco Family for their patience throughout this whole transaction. It was an emotional roller coaster for all.

I would like to also thank Nicole Kelleher (Dream Home Abstract), Mike DeSanto (Nation One), Yanira Hernandez, Dave Detweiler and last but not least Angelica Morales. Oh, and I can't forget John Girgenti who offered his advise on a septic problem I had. I put a question on FB and he reached out and advised me on different strategies to help me save the deal due to a failed septic. They all helped me save this deal, that at times felt like it wasn't going to go to close.

I know this sounds like a speech an actor/actress would give at a ceremony award, but I truly feel I need to express my gratitude to all the people who have helped me complete this complicated Estate Sale.

I am lucky to be a part of the Keller Williams Family.
