The sweetest clients bought the cutest home in Beverly! 🏡✨

Lauren & Kurtis had been searching for the right home for a couple of years. We first met at my open house on Temi Road. Although they didn’t get that home, they called me afterward to ask if I’d be their realtor moving forward—and the rest is history. We clicked instantly!

This right here is the definition of patience and trusting the process.

I worked with the Smith Family for two years. We went to countless open houses, multiple second and third showings, faced a few rejected offers, and learned so much along the way.

I want to talk about the defeat and fatigue that often come with finding the perfect home. This market isn’t for the weak—rejection is, unfortunately, part of the process for most. But my promise has always been (and will always be): the right house will find you. It will be exactly what you need—all you have to do is wait.

Sometimes it takes months, sometimes it takes years. If you asked Allison and Brian what I promised them, they would tell you:
"You will find the perfect house, and it’ll be worth the wait."

And during our final walkthrough, they both turned to me and said:
"This house was worth the wait. You were so right."

Over those two years, a lot happened in my own life as well. And my gratitude could never fully express how appreciative I am for their loyalty, patience, understanding, and trust throughout this journey.

Hi!

I’m Rebecca, Realtor and MOM 💁🏻‍♀️✨

Can we talk about how hard it is to get your business off the ground? Especially when you can’t even do the simple day to day tasks… and you’ve washed that same load of laundry at least 3 times because you simply not enough time in the day to juggle it all.

I entered the market with all odds stacked against me. My health was the worst it’s ever been, spent 2 years in and out of the hospital, 9 surgeries and still managed to do a couple transactions here and there. But to me it wasn’t enough (is it ever?).

And then…the market… Oh that… horrendous. Prices of house 📈 interest rates 📉 then prices of houses 📈 and interest rates 📈… cool cool.

It’s been a RIDE.

I’m just here to say, from the treadmill, when you see anyone starting out, know there is so much more behind what you see. It’s harder than it looks, and I give so much credit to those who constantly put theirselves out there.

To all my self employed friends, I see you and I’m so proud. ✨

This one was so special.

My sweet neighbors asked me to find the perfect home for their mother who’s moving from Maryland. We took one look at this condo and just knew it was the perfect place for her.

I’m forever grateful for the clients who allow me to be such a big part of their lives. My client is moving from Maryland and being able to share my love for Gloucester with her is something I can’t explain. To my wonderful neighbors who put all their trust in me, thank you, it means the world to me. I’m so incredibly thankful for you!
