Bought and Sold! My husband and I have officially sold our one bedroom condo and purchased a larger one. No longer in a large building, we’re now on the first floor of a great 3 family! So excited for not only us, but the new owner of our old condo, and the sellers of our new one as all of us start our new home journeys! Second purchase for us, but first time selling my own property so it was interesting to be on that side!
