Closing Friday for these clients of mine! Little back story, Camille Rodgers called me several months ago about the property and before we could get them out there we had a contract 😬! Long story, but after about 8 weeks that contract fell through 😔😤! So I picked up the phone and called her, went out there that same day, wrote and offer and BOOM 30 days later we were at the closing table! Sure am glad I saved your contact info Camille! Haha! Thank you guys so much for allowing me to represent you and HUGE shoutout to David and Gwen Leard for trusting me to handle the sell of yalls place and especially after the first cluster!!!🤣🤣🤣! Our fifth contestant in our Keep Struttin Custom Calls Turkey Time Giveaway is Ainsley McGinty!!!

Ainsley is 10 and she is absolutely addicted to hunting. She takes it very seriously! So seriously that she kisses every bullet before she puts it in her rifle for good luck.

Ainsley’s dad, Chad, proudly shares the story behind this This is a hunt that took place December 21st at our place on the Big Black River in Bentonia. We had a small 8 point come out feeding through and we spotted this deer slowly easing in through a thicket. He made his way in front of us and stopped behind two trees. She had to watch him for nearly 20 minutes before she was was comfortable with the shot. She made a perfect shot with her .243 and a short trail led to the recovery.
