The Goddard Area Welcome & Resource HUB is a community-led resource and connection initiative founded and coordinated by Amanda Treadwell, REALTOR® with Keller Williams Signature Partners and owner of the building at 206 N. As Goddard grows, the HUB aims to preserve the small town feel of community heart and family spirit in a growing city, by strengthening connections and helping community members feel supported, connected, and never alone.

🚨 BIG NEWS FOR GODDARD! 🚨

We’re thrilled to share that the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) has awarded support for The Reserves at Meadows 25 – a first-of-its-kind mixed-use development coming to the heart of our community! 🏡✨

This high-quality, four-story building will bring:
✅ 60 Class A apartments – 40 of which will be affordable for households with low incomes.
✅ Over 15,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for restaurants, shops, and offices.
✅ On-site amenities like a gym, community room, and playground.

This project is more than just housing – it’s about creating opportunities, attracting businesses, and keeping Goddard growing strong. Construction is expected to begin in spring 2026 on a lot just south of Walmart Supercenter Goddard in the Goddard Galleria Addition.
