First I gave you 5 things worth the money when listing a home, now I bring you what I feel is NOT worth the money when putting a house on the market.

First point, the inspections. The buyer should be doing their due diligence on their inspections. Plus, they can always come back and say they don’t trust your inspector and get their own which leaves you out a couple hundred bucks!

And into the rest. Overall, if your home is in great condition but maybe just a little outdated… DONT. TOUCH. ANYTHING! Especially because more often than not, a buyer is already planning to go in and do flooring, paint etc on a resale home.

Save these tips as a reminder for when you plan to sell!
