A realtor not texting back could be another one’s gain!

That being said, it can get annoying having an uncommunicative realtor. Even as an agent I deal with others who are nearly impossible to get ahold of!

If this has happened to you before I want to hear your story!

As always, if you’re looking to buy or sell in the Sacramento area, feel free to reach out to get started!

First I gave you 5 things worth the money when listing a home, now I bring you what I feel is NOT worth the money when putting a house on the market.

First point, the inspections. The buyer should be doing their due diligence on their inspections. Plus, they can always come back and say they don’t trust your inspector and get their own which leaves you out a couple hundred bucks!

And into the rest. Overall, if your home is in great condition but maybe just a little outdated… DONT. TOUCH. ANYTHING! Especially because more often than not, a buyer is already planning to go in and do flooring, paint etc on a resale home.

Save these tips as a reminder for when you plan to sell!

If you’re looking to sell or purchase a home, feel free to send me a message to discuss next steps!

These are 5 things I think are absolutely worth the money when you’re listing a home for sale!
But what if I told you I cover all of those for you as your realtor?! That’s right, I’ll pay to get your home market ready.
Selling your home is stressful enough so I strive to take as much off my client’s plate as possible!
Thinking about selling? Send me a message and we can chat about next steps!

The backyard might be the biggest selling point of this home. 🌳🏡

Large outdoor spaces like this are getting harder to find, especially in newer neighborhoods. Whether you want room for entertaining, kids, pets, or simply a place to relax, this backyard checks a lot of boxes.

Curious what it would actually take to buy it?

👇 Comment BACKYARD and we’ll send you the payment details.

Would you rather have a brand-new tract home… or a home with character, a quarter-acre lot, mature trees, and the feel of an established neighborhood? 🌳🏡

This home was completely rebuilt in 2022, giving you modern updates without the cookie-cutter feel.

The answer might not be as obvious as you think.
