Closing day for my buyers! This one was especially fulfilling as they move to MN from out of state and had considered other cities and states before landing on Saint Michael. Not only did we score this house for a great price, we also were able to negotiate some seller paid closing costs. Always a plus to bring less money to closing.

October sales data is out, and it’s not surprising.
- The amount of houses for sale is lower than a year ago
- houses for sale are staying on the market longer
- the amount of closings is down 7.1% year over year.

Homeowners who thought about moving are staying put with their favorable and lower interest rates.

Buyers are still struggling with affordability for their budgets with these inflated interest rates.
