'Greg, is Zillow accurate?' Short answer: Not even close.

I've been in real estate since 2006. After years in the music business, I know contracts, negotiations and accurate valuations. Apparently Zillow doesn't.

Zestimates (they're called) are all over the place: Sometimes 25 to 100 K under valued, sometimes 25 to 100 K over valued.

No wonder people scratch their head 🙂 It's why you need an experienced professional like me that know how to properly price your home. A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
