Through that process you were able to decide on the value and desirability of the home. As a home inspector it is my job to assess the condition of the home and its systems. All homes need something and that creates an opportunity for you to learn about the home and make it "your home". It is very rare that a home has a defect so great that it would be advisable to stay away from it. During the inspection we will look at the many aspects of the home. Starting with the roof and the exterior condition and then moving on to the interior and the mechanical condition. While going through these different parts of your home you will learn about how they work, both independently and as a whole, and you will also learn about routine maintenance items that go along with these systems. Aside from being a home inspector I come from an extensive background in the housing industry. doing small and large scale remodels on homes from 1700's all the way to current as well working on new construction homes. After that I worked as a Realtor for 7 yrs. I am passionate about homes and the idea of home ownership. I have come to realize that teaching people about their homes is my true passion and I look forward to working with you.
