The bigger issue is mortgage rates. 📊 While buyers have widely accepted that they are not dropping anytime soon, the result is fewer transactions, fewer new listings, and homes taking longer to sell. Our seven most popular counties are a more balanced market. This level playing field between buyers and sellers offers numerous benefits.
