This is the kind of real estate I love.

Mountain views. Beautiful spaces. A lifestyle people actually want to live—or escape to.

And after spending so much time in Colorado’s mountain communities, I’ve learned there’s a lot more to buying a property here than finding a pretty view.

Whether you’re looking for a home, a mountain getaway, or a property with STR potential, I’m here to help you look at the whole picture.

Colorado real estate, but make it a lifestyle. 🏔️

Skip the stress: here’s the simple roadmap to buying AND selling at the same time 🏠

1) Get your numbers first
Ask a trusted agent and lender what your current home could sell for and what you can comfortably afford next. This sets your price range and timing.

2) Decide your game plan
Option A: Sell first, then buy (safer, more time). Option B: Buy first with a bridge/HELOC or strong savings (more convenience, more risk).

3) Prep your current home
Declutter, handle quick fixes, and stage key rooms. A move‑in ready look usually means more interest and stronger offers.

4) Shop smart
Focus on homes that fit both your needs and your budget, not just the prettiest photos. Be clear on your must‑haves vs nice‑to‑haves.

5) Sync the timelines
Use contingencies, rent‑back options, or flexible closing dates so you’re not rushed into temporary housing.

I sure love an A-frame and this one is gorgeous!!

Vineyard A-Frame with Spiral Staircase 🍇
Set in a bright w**e country environment, this dwelling features a sharply pitched A-frame where the dark ribbed metal roof sweeps almost down to the ground on the left side. Attached to the right is a two-story modular block featuring an expansive upper-level deck. A distinct exterior black spiral staircase on the far right provides access between the main lower deck and the upper balcony. The house boasts light wood siding and large sliding glass doors. The tiered wooden deck includes built-in planter boxes and a round metal fire bowl. The surrounding landscape features a stone path set in moss, olive trees, large oak trees, and rolling hills blanketed with neat vineyard rows in the background.
