This is a blog post I wrote back in 2016 and it is worth revisiting now. 2016 was a pivotal moment in my business. For the past ten years I've remodeled, I've invested in commercial properties, I've hired architects and facilitated drawings for new apartment buildings, rezoned property in multiple counties, and of course helped my single family clients sell their current homes and purchase their dream homes - that are also great investments!
