We are ready. 30 months ago we took ago, we took om the project to fix up 1070 Yank Street, Golden, CO 80401. A lot has been done, and all that is left is a few finishing touches, but we are renting out the bedrooms.
We hauled out 15+ 30 yard containers of junk, repaired the walls and ceilings where it was needed, put up wallpaper in the dining room and entry way, rewired the home to bring it up to code, and put on a fresh coat of paint.
We worded on the landscaping outside.
