I’ve built single-family houses in Jefferson County, and rehabbed dozens of homes all along the Front Range. My $2 million rental income portfolio include single-family and attached homes. I understand cap rates, induced appreciation, real estate tax avoidance. Like many real estate pros, I entered the business as a second act—after a successful career in journalism and mass communications. So I seek first to understand my clients, often by asking the second "interview" question; and then to deliver the right property, partnership, or opportunity.
