Skyline Park is getting a major makeover, and it’s set to transform our downtown into an even more exciting place to be. 🎉

Construction has begun on the improvements from 15th to 18th St along Arapahoe, creating vibrant, seasonal gathering spaces that we’ve all been dreaming of. The Block 2 revamp (16th-17th St) kicked off in February 2026 and is aiming for a spring 2027 finish. Expect enhanced accessibility and fresh urban hangouts!

Parades, mountain music, art festivals, comedy shows, and even a St. Patrick's Day pet parade 🐾 — there’s a lot happening around Denver this weekend.

🍀 Downtown Denver St. Patrick’s Day Celebration & Pet Parade
📅 Saturday, March 14
⏰ Parade: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Pet Parade: 2:00 PM

One of Denver’s most beloved traditions returns with colorful floats, marching bands, Irish dancers, bagpipers, and thousands of spectators lining the streets downtown.

After the parade, the celebration continues with live music, themed parties, and St. Patrick’s Day specials at local restaurants and bars.

Later in the afternoon, head to the Five Points neighborhood for the St. Paddy’s Day Pet Parade, where dogs (and their humans) dress in green and march together in a festive community celebration.

Homes are taking longer to sell now, with average days in the MLS rising to 32. Single-family homes sell faster (~29 days) than attached ones (~44 days).
