Some Open Houses are so busy you can barely keep track of the people coming in. And some…some are crickets.
Here’s the thing, I do everything the exact same:
- Door knocking inviting 100 neighbors
- 15-20 open house signs directing traffic
- Online advertising
- Social media ads
- MLS listing
Then there are the factors that matter just as much.
- Is it priced right?
- How long has it been on the market?
- Location?
- What’s the weather like today?
- Is there a football game?
- Is it a holiday weekend?

Even as a professional it can be frustrating when one weekend is slamming and one weekend is empty. And sometimes that’s the name of the game!
So here’s to being a STRATEGIC Realtor and having hard conversations with our clients!
