I met these buyers over a year ago when they called and asked me to show them a home in Walnut Creek. From that very first showing, they knew without a doubt that Walnut Creek was where they wanted to be. Over the past year, we looked at homes, took breaks to “wait and see” what would come on the market, and stayed patient for the right fit.
Then we found this home — and back in January, we began the process of trying to make this deal come together. It was a journey to say the least, but thanks to a lot of persistence, teamwork, and patience, we made it to the closing table!
