After the battle, I took a minute to enjoy the pasture views. Even ranch chores come with a pretty good office.

🚨 **This scam has been attempted on me multiple times.**

It starts with what seems like a normal phone call.

Someone wants to list a vacant lot or piece of raw land. They ask about commission, pricing, and then one question stands out:

**"How fast can you get it listed?"**

Over the years, I've noticed several warning signs that can indicate someone may be attempting to fraudulently sell property they don't own.

In this video, I share the patterns I've personally observed and why Realtors, title companies, lenders, banks, surveyors, attorneys, and landowners should all be aware of them.

My hope is that by sharing these experiences, we can make it harder for fraudsters to succeed and help protect property owners.
