Back to school season can place a financial strain on many of us. To help ease that burden, I’m offering a limited number of Back-to-School Scholarships to assist with expenses such as:

🎒 School supplies
👕 Uniforms
🚌 School fees
🥪 Lunch money
⛽️ Gas money
📖 Other necessary back-to-school expenses

This opportunity is completely anonymous. There will be no public posts and all conversations will remain confidential!!

If you or someone you know could benefit from a little extra help to kick off this school year, please send me a private message, call me, or text me. Call or texts preferred because messenger doesn’t always work out. Teachers, this opportunity is open to you as well.

Scholarships are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while funds are available. These funds will be provided in the form of direct payment to the school or a gift card for eligible back-to-school purchases, depending on the needs.

I still have a few of these in my current home, we recently covered one with a blank plate. I wonder what my kids thought this was growing up. Maybe they aren’t as curious as I am but as a kid I would have had to know.

The best thing about being a real estate agent is you learn something new with every showing, every inspection, every appraisal, every transaction, every process. Nothing surprises me anymore but nothing scares me anymore either because everything, almost everything, can be “fixed” with the right resources!

Top 5 things I’ve learned just this year, and trust me, there’s more! Us agents, lenders, and title companies take care of so many things for our clients before they even know there was an “issue”! In fact, I don’t even like the word “issue” because most are figureoutable…

So on to top 5…
1.) Figureoutable = something that can be figured out 💡. Just about everything is figureoutable✔️
2.) You may technically own more property than you think📉
3.) Fandeliers are so real 🙌
4.) The address to your property could be completely wrong 😳📍
