DSCR loans are for business purposes and must be underwritten in a business, LLC, or Corporation etc. They do not require income documents such as tax returns, paystubs, W-2’s nor 1099’s. They are much easier to acquire than traditional mortgages. 🏡🏠

When you apply for a mortgage lenders require 2 months or 60 days of bank statements. You do not have to disclose all of your bank accounts. If your account has NSF and overdraft fees do not turn this account in for review. A savings account with a stable balance is sufficient. Checking accounts need to look clean or clear of negative activity.
