Before you put a sign in the ground, should you clear the property? Improve the entrance? Get a survey? Clean up the fence lines? Take aerial photographs?
Or is it better to sell the property as-is?

Realtor.com says September 27–October 3 is expected to bring the best combination of buyer-friendly conditions in 2026.
