One year. 🏡❤️💙

This past Saturday August 15th officially marked one full year since I joined RE/MAX and started this crazy journey in real estate.

And if I’m being completely truthful… my first year looked nothing like I imagined it would. 😅

There have been a LOT of lessons, plenty of moments where I wondered what in the world I was doing, some unexpected time away, and definitely some growing pains along the way.

But there have also been some really good moments — including getting to hand over the keys to my very first buyer. 🥹🔑🏡

So this morning, I’m sitting here in the RE/MAX office looking back at year one and realizing something:

I’m still here. And I’m still learning. 🌱

And apparently Year Two starts with bringing my first official office plant from home. Because obviously. 😌🤣🪴

I don’t have a huge list of sales to brag about or some glamorous “first year in real estate” success story to tell. What I do have is another year ahead of me, a lot more knowledge than I had when I started, and a determination to keep showing up and getting better.

So here’s to Year Two — more learning, more relationships, more opportunities, and hopefully a whole lot more keys being handed over. 🏡🔑❤️

I’m working on building my Google business page so that when someone searches for me as a local Realtor, they can get a better idea of who I am — not just from what I say about myself, but from people who actually know me. 🌱

If you’ve worked with me, volunteered with me, know me professionally, or simply know me personally, I’d be grateful if you’d consider leaving an honest review about your experience with me and the kind of person you know me to be. 😅

And I really do mean honest 🫣 There’s absolutely no pressure, and I don’t want anyone to say anything that isn’t true or pretend we’ve worked together in real estate if we haven’t.

🌿 Current status: trying to figure out what in the world to do with this porch. 🫠

I moved a few of my plants around the other day thinking that would inspire me… and now I’m just staring at a mostly empty porch trying to decide what comes next. 🤣

It’s definitely still a work in progress, but at least the plants have found their spots… for now. 🌱🏡

What does your porch look like? Are you a plants-everywhere person, a cozy-chair person, or a keep-it-simple person? 😄

🌿 I snuck outside just now to water my plants before it got too hot… and apparently I wasn’t the only one excited to be out there...

I got at least five new mosquito bites just in the few minutes it took to water everything! And they're on fire 🔥😭

Thankfully, the plants are happy, even if the mosquitoes were a little too happy to see me. 🪴😒

Anyone else getting eaten alive this summer, or is it just me? 🙅🏻‍♀️🦟🌱

Hi, friends! 👋

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, so I wanted to check in and say hello.

Over the past several months, I’ve been recovering from some medical issues, and I’m happy to say I’m doing much better. Thank you to everyone who has shown kindness and support along the way.
