Yesterday was a special day as we successfully closed on a home I had the privilege of listing for some truly incredible clients.
From our very first meeting, I knew this would be a meaningful journey. As I got to know them, I was inspired by their lifelong faithfulness in ministry—serving as pastors, church planters, missionaries, and even Christian authors. Their story is one of dedication, impact, and purpose for the Kingdom of God.
They came to me with a clear goal: to downsize and find their next home in the Lynchburg area—all on a tight timeline before their son’s wedding this April.
I’m so excited to share that everything came together beautifully. We had their home under contract in under two weeks at asking price, and shortly after, we secured a wonderful new construction home that fits their needs perfectly.
And today—they close on their new home!
It’s moments like these that remind me how much I love what I do. Helping people step into the next chapter of their lives is truly an honor.
