📊 August Market Update: One market, two very different stories.
Across Greater Nashville, August brought 2,928 closings, a median single-family home price of $515,725 and more than 15,600 homes available for buyers.
But the real story is what’s happening within individual markets.
🏡 Wilson County homes priced above $400K saw closings rise 19% and contracts increase 17%.
🏙️ Meanwhile, downtown Nashville condo closings were down 38% compared to last August.
The takeaway? Real estate is local, and even within Middle Tennessee, the market can look very different depending on where and what you're buying or selling.
