🌷 Spring Cleanup Time! 🌱
The investors are offering a time to declutter, refresh, and get rid of all that winter junk on them!
A dumpster will be arriving this Friday, April 3rd, and remain 14 days or until full!
Perfect opportunity to tackle that pile of stuff you've been meaning to get rid of. Old furniture, appliances, boxes, trash — bring it all out!
📍 More details will be posted on what is allowed and what is restricted on your doors soon. Please try to be considerateto your neighbors and consolidate the space when disposing trash so everyone can utilize this opportunity as much possible.

Spring is COMING and so will the dumpster soon. We are waiting for a stretch of good weather that everyone can do a spring clean out without being froze to death or blown away in a storm.

In the meantime, just a reminder not to dump anything in the burn pile by the drainage ditch without checking with management first. Thanks!
