I’m calling it! 😆
The calendar claims summer starts on June 20, but we're already roasting in triple digits. Wait, who’s not ready for this heatwave? That would be me! This girl right here, melting like an ice cream cone in the sun!

May has been a whirlwind of joy, helping three homebuyer clients discover their dream nests. Yesterday hit a sizzling 104 degrees, and by 5:00, I was toast. With today's heatwave on loop and a marathon of home tours and an inspection ahead, I've got to figure out how not to look like a wilted salad by 2:00.

Happy Tuesday, everyone!

Real Estate: the roller coaster 🎢 you didn’t know you signed up for. Buckle up for those highs and lows! We've got it all: buyer/seller confidence taking twists and turns, inventory looping around, and interest rates doing barrel rolls. But don't worry, my business is the part where you throw your hands up and cheer! 🙌🏼

I’m a bit of a data nerd, so I’m always collecting stats and info (yes, I’m that person who reads the fine print).
