Sometimes, a house tells a story that goes far beyond its walls. ❤️

During our final walkthrough, we saw these words written on the glass: I am enough. I am worthy. I am loved.

We knew the sad story behind the owners of this home, and seeing those words really stayed with us.

Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. Behind every transaction, there are real people, emotions, and sometimes difficult circumstances.

Our job is to advocate for our clients and negotiate the best possible deal for them. But we can do that while still treating others with respect and compassion.

Negotiations can be tough, and things don't always go as planned. But communicating, responding, and respecting the people on the other side should never be overlooked.

You can be a strong negotiator without losing your humanity.

At the end of the day, it's not just business. It's about people. ❤️

Deed fraud doesn't get talked about much, but it's happening here in Arizona. Someone forges a signature, records a fake deed, and the real owner may not find out until it's too late.

The good news is that protecting yourself is free and takes about five minutes. Swipe through for how to sign up for the state's new alert system, what to check on your county's website, and what to do if something looks wrong.

🌩️ AFTER THE STORM: WEST VALLEY RESOURCES 🌩️

The recent storms left many of our West Valley neighbors with damaged trees, landscaping and debris. Here are some helpful resources for Litchfield Park, Goodyear & Buckeye:

📍 LITCHFIELD PARK
Residents can schedule up to 6 bulk pickups per year at no additional fee, with up to 3 bulk items per pickup.
📅 Bulk collection is normally the last Thursday of each month.

📍 GOODYEAR
🗑️ Monthly bulk pickup is available for residential customers. Check city guidelines before putting debris out.

🏖️ FREE SAND & BAGS are available at Thomas Park, Roscoe Dog Park & Fire Station 182.
⚠️ First come, first served, so supplies may already be gone. Bring a shovel!

📱 GY Alerts can send emergency notifications by text, email and phone. Register through the City of Goodyear to stay informed during emergencies and severe weather.

📍 BUCKEYE
Residents get up to 4 bulk pickups/year. Restrictions apply to construction debris and certain landscaping waste.

🏖️ Buckeye also provides free sand at four locations during monsoon season. Bring your own bags and shovel.

💡 Remember: Each city has different rules for storm debris, so check your city's requirements before putting anything at the curb.
