I avoided real estate like the plague, even though it was in my blood.
I saw firsthand the long hours and dedication it demanded, and I wasnโt sure I wanted that life.
Still, I was never far from it.
I grew up in my fatherโs office, watching him flip homes and build something meaningful.
Years later, after many seasons of life, I found myself investing, managing properties, and eventually building my own business.
When my daughter started school and time opened up again, I felt ready to build something for myself and show her what hard work and independence look like.
What I did not know then was how important this business would become for our family, or how clearly I was being prepared for what was ahead.
Today, I know this: building a successful real estate business doesnโt have to mean burnout, constant hustle, or doing things the way most brokers insist.
I believe women and mothers deserve a different path.
One that doesnโt require massive teams or constant hustle to be profitable and sustainable.
With the right structure, support, and community, itโs possible to be present at home and still build a strong, successful solo business.
