Spent Memorial Day weekend camping with family and great friends… making memories, laughing around the fire, slowing down, and enjoying the kind of freedom we often take for granted.

But through all the fun and memory making, we didn’t forget the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice so our families can live freely, safely, and enjoy moments like these.

Grateful for the time together.
Grateful for the freedom to enjoy it.
And forever grateful to those who gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸

This last week has been full of celebrations and big emotions. My daughter graduated high school and is now stepping into a new chapter of her life. It’s one of those moments that makes you stop for a second and realize just how fast time really moves.

It feels like we were just bringing this little girl home from the hospital, figuring it all out as we went. Now here she is… strong, hardworking, capable, and ready to begin building her own path in this world.

As exciting as these milestones are, they’re also such a reminder to slow down and appreciate the small chapters in between. The ordinary days. The late nights. The car rides. The chaos. The growth. So much of life happens quietly while we’re busy building careers, chasing goals, and planning for what’s next.

Build the life you want. Dream big. Work hard. But don’t forget to pause long enough to truly live it too.

I’m so incredibly proud of this girl and the person she’s becoming. 🤍

Also so thankful for for keeping the amazing food flowing while we celebrated, and .az for the photo booth that captured so many special moments with all of our favorite people celebrating our girl.

Even though I’ve been a little quieter on social, this season has been anything but slow

Prom, staging and destaging, closings, contracts, and a few quiet moments in between

And for the last 6 weeks, we’ve been fostering 5 orphaned kittens. It’s been challenging, time consuming, and so meaningful for our family

Sometimes your energy is just needed differently depending on the season

But one of the biggest mistakes I see sellers make is pricing their home too high hoping they can “come down later.”

The reality is that overpricing often does the opposite of what you want. It can slow down showings, cause buyers to skip your home entirely, and sometimes lead to price reductions that hurt your momentum.

Living in the West Valley of Phoenix comes with a few very annoying problems.

Like the fact that your camera roll is basically 90% Arizona sunsets because the sky refuses to calm down.

Or how Saturday mornings become stressful because there are too many farmers markets, pop-ups, and community events happening at once.

And don’t even get me started on friends visiting for the weekend and suddenly asking
“Wait… what do homes cost in Goodyear?”

Honestly… it’s exhausting having this many problems.

But somehow we manage. 😉
