With more than 16 years of real estate experience, Joe Brady brings impeccable communication and negotiation skills to the Arizona real estate market. During his career, he has honed an elevated concierge-inspired level of service that has earned him a stellar industry reputation and loyal clients throughout Phoenix Metro, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the Southwest Valley. A twenty-year Valley
resident with a passion for architecture, Joe is intimately acquainted with the area and its distinct neighborhoods and uses his local knowledge to help buyers and sellers navigate the competitive and dynamic real estate and investment market. Joe delights in establishing and nurturing relationships, and his dedication to clients extends far beyond the initial home search or marketing strategy. He fervently advocates for their interests to secure favorable terms and prides himself on being a go-to source for recommendations long after the close of a transaction. After leaving his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, Joe began sharpening his premium approach to customer service while managing upscale nightclubs, highly sought-after restaurants and luxury hotels and resorts. These travels took Joe from the U.S.V.I in the Caribbean, throughout the Midwest Continental US, Manhattan in New York City and eventually beautiful, sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2005, after retiring from a nearly twenty-year career in the hospitality industry, Joe put his service-oriented spirit, customer service experience and a keen eye for contract negotiations and business management into growing his own successful real estate business and running notable real estate teams throughout the Metro Phoenix area. When Joe isn’t structuring deals and keeping up with his real estate clients, he loves to give back whenever and wherever he can. Nutrition, physical fitness and overall wellness are very important to Joe. He is passionate about exploring new restaurants, traveling, hiking, boating or anything beach-related and spending as much time as he can with his family. With a full appreciation for the significance of and advantages of homeownership, Joe has been blessed to be able to be an avid supporter of Habitat for Humanity and Giveback Homes, helping build homes for families in need. He most recently served as Director of Operations for The Infinite Bond Foundation, a local Arizona non-profit organization, fighting against domestic violence and he is a member of the National Association of REALTORS.
