PHOENIX CYCLENATION RETURNS TO ESTRELLA IN 2027, WITH TIM BRISLIN BACK AS EVENT CHAIR

Estrella will once again serve as the backdrop for one of the Valley’s premier wellness and philanthropic events when Phoenix CycleNation returns to the award-winning master-planned community on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2027.

Set against the scenic shores of North Lake, the event will bring together corporate teams, community members, and supporters from across Metro Phoenix to raise funds and awareness for stroke prevention, research, and education through the American Stroke Association.

Returning to lead the effort is Timothy Brislin, President and CEO of Harvard Investments, who will serve as Chair of the 2027 Phoenix CycleNation campaign.

As local platform sponsor, Estrella continues its commitment to creating opportunities that inspire connection, healthy living, and community impact. The annual event reflects many of the values that define life at Estrella, where wellness, outdoor recreation, and service go hand in hand.

🚧 Exciting things are happening at the Golf Club of Estrella!

The clubhouse is currently undergoing Phase 2 of its refresh project, with crews making great progress ahead of the planned reopening on October 24.

Recent updates include:

✅ New tile installation
✅ Freshly painted baseboards
✅ Interior improvements
✅ Overseeding preparations for the fall season

This work builds on the Phase 1 enhancements completed last year, which included new signage, landscaping upgrades, irrigation improvements, and updated restrooms.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL NIGHT AT ESTRELLA'S NORTH LAKE AMPHITHEATER!

The day began with our New Home Tour, where visitors explored homes and neighborhoods from some of the nation's leading builders, including Richmond American Homes, Lennar, DRB Homes, Toll Brothers, William Ryan Homes, and Taylor Morrison.

Guests had the opportunity to experience firsthand the homes, amenities, recreation, and lifestyle that make Estrella such a special place to call home.

As evening arrived, more than 3,000 residents and guest gathered along the shores of North Lake for Ballet Under the Stars. Children squealed with delight as a fairy floated through the crowd blowing bubbles, food trucks kept dance lovers fueled for the evening, and spectators settled in beneath the stars.

Estrella Executive Director Tom Harris welcomed attendees, followed by remarks from Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo before Ballet Arizona delivered a stunning outdoor performance against the backdrop of the Estrella Mountains and sparkling lake.

From world-class dance to community connections and beautiful Arizona scenery, the evening was a perfect reminder of what makes life at Estrella so unique. Estrella’s own Westar Elementary School students also performed as part of Ballet Arizona’s Class Act program.

Thank you to Ballet Arizona, the Diane and Bruce Halle Foundation, our builder partners, residents, and everyone who joined us.

Cactus League 2026 season hits economic impact home run

The 2026 Cactus League season generated $495.8 million for Arizona’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), according to an economic impact study by the Seidman Research Institute at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.

Overall, the 2026 season generated $806.9 million in total economic activity or gross output.

⛳ Another great day on the course at the 2026 WESTMARC Golf Classic!

Estrella Development Company was proud to join government, business, and community leaders from across the West Valley at the beautiful Wigwam Golf Club in Litchfield Park. With every foursome sold out, the event was filled with friendly competition, meaningful connections, and plenty of fun.

Representing Estrella were Roger Theis, Riley Bayze, Tyler Nash, Aaron Pederson; Tom Harris and Pat Garrison with CCMC; and guests Morgan Woker and Tatum Rhyneer.
