WHAT. A. NIGHT.

More than 10,000 people filled Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater and rocked out with us at the Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival!

From the first chord at 4 p.m. to the final notes from the Plain White T’s, the energy never stopped. The crowd sang, danced, explored the artisan market, enjoyed bites from 30 local food trucks, and played giant lawn games under the lights at North Lake.

A huge thank you to all the incredible bands. Plum, Hyperbella, Honeygirl, Sundressed, and of course the Plain White T’s brought the West Valley to life.

And shout out to everyone who toured the 50+ new homes from eight award-winning homebuilders (Richmond American Homes, DRB Homes, Taylor Morrison, Beazer Homes, William Ryan Homes, Toll Brothers, Lennar, and Risewell Homes) earlier in the day. We loved welcoming you into the community.

Thanks also to Roger Theis, Vice President of Development with Harvard Investments, for welcoming the crowd and sharing the highlights of life at Estrella.

What a day at the ballpark! ⚾❤️💙

Estrella was thrilled to celebrate another Estrella Day at spring training at Goodyear Ballpark, and it was one for the books.

The Caviness family proudly represented our community during the Cincinnati Reds vs. Cleveland Guardians game, highlighted by an unforgettable moment when Keaton (age 5) threw out the first pitch. With mom Elizabeth, dad Aaron, and sisters Halle and Chloe cheering him on, it was pure Estrella spirit.

Fans also stopped by the Estrella booth to grab red and blue pompoms, sunglasses, enter prize drawings, and learn more about everything that makes Estrella such a special place to call home.

Moments like these remind us that Estrella represents family, connection, and experiences that bring neighbors together.

Did you know CantaMia has its very own 18-hole putting park? Tucked at the corner of CantaMia and Mountain Vista, this beautiful little course is one of the community’s hidden treasures.

It’s peaceful, scenic, and looks its absolute best early in the morning or late in the afternoon. It’s perfect for a casual round with friends or a quiet moment to yourself. Many residents walk or bike right past it without realizing what a great amenity it is.

With spring training baseball season bringing visitors and higher golf rates across the West Valley, having a place to practice close to home is a huge perk.

CantaMia residents can also take their game over to the Golf Club of Estrella, where they receive resident rates and access to a full driving range, practice area, and PGA pro instructors.

WHAT A DAY FOR ESTRELLA AT SPRING TRAINING!

On March 10, we took over Camelback Ranch in Glendale for Estrella Day at the Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks game.

The Manalastas family represented our community with pride:

🎉 Alexander, 9, a student at Westar Elementary School, threw out the first pitch;

🎤 Faith, a freshman at Estrella Foothills High School, fired up the crowd with the iconic call: “It’s time for Dodger baseball.”

💙 And yes, the Dodgers are their family’s favorite team!

It was a great sense of pride for their parents, Jennifer and Alex Manalastas.

Estrella also had two tables packed with fun giveaways: “Dodger Blue” pompoms, sunglasses, prize drawings, and info on what’s coming up next in our community, including the Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival on March 21.

Perfect weather, great baseball, and amazing Estrella families. Days like this remind us why community matters.

Another spectacular day at the Golf Club of Estrella in the City of Goodyear as we hosted the 2nd Annual Estrella Cup Golf Tournament. With a full field of 144 golfers, the event delivered exactly what makes the West Valley special: great people, strong partnerships, and meaningful connections.

Professionals from Estrella Development Company, Harvard Investments, and our valued industry partners joined us on the course, along with the always-outstanding team from CCMC.

A special thank-you to our partners who contributed to an unforgettable day. Their energy and engagement helped make this year’s tournament another resounding success.

We’re grateful to everyone who came out to play, network, and celebrate community. The Estrella Cup continues to grow, and we’re already looking forward to 2027.

It was a great morning at Valley Partnership’s February Friday Morning Breakfast. Jennifer Meyers, Director of Planning for Estrella Development Company, was there representing Estrella as local experts shared insights on the economy and the housing market.

A key takeaway: Half of all Metro Phoenix home sales in 2025 were in master-planned communities. This shows just how much buyers value the amenities, lifestyle, and sense of place that communities like Estrella offer.

Speakers included moderator Kate Kaminski of Howard Hughes, along with economists Sean Fergus of Zonda and Jim Rounds of Rounds Consulting.

Estrella continues to grow as one of the West Valley’s premier master-planned communities, and today’s discussion underscored why.
