After some strong negotiating and staying locked in through every step, I’m excited to say we got this deal DONE. My client is not only getting this home at a GREAT price, but it’s coming FULLY FURNISHED at NO additional cost to the deal 🙌🏽

Another one UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡✨

I met this amazing couple at an open house I was hosting for a home I sold last month and from that very first conversation, I knew we were about to go on a journey! And let me tell you… we covered some ground! 😅

From Tolleson to Glendale, Goodyear to Peoria, we were all over the map searching for the perfect place to call home. My Dodge Charger definitely got a full workout on this one! 🚗💨 But every mile was worth it because we weren’t just looking for a house but we were searching for their home.

After exploring multiple cities, touring several homes, and staying patient through the process, we finally landed in Surprise… and that’s exactly where they found their dream home! 🙌🏾

This one is a HUGE win and a reminder of what the right strategy, communication, and commitment can do.

This home sat on the market with another agent for 6 months without selling and eventually became an expired listing. After meeting with the seller face to face, she trusted me with the opportunity to relist her home.

With no market reset, we put the home back on the market and in just TWO WEEKS we were under contract for WELL OVER asking price. Fast forward two more weeks, and we officially CLOSED yesterday! 🙌🏽

What made this transaction even more special was that the sellers were located in two different places, which required extra coordination, clear communication, and strategic ex*****on. I couldn’t be happier for my clients and the outcome we achieved together.
