First Class Home Inspections

Good Morning everyone!
Just completed a home warranty inspection for a client who wasn’t sure they needed one.

By the end of the inspection we found several items that needed addressed!

1. Garage doors springs out of adjustment! Safety Hazard!

2. Both AC’s not functioning properly

3. Gaps in the exterior doors allowing pest and moisture into the home!

4. Several interior doors binding.

And lastly this issue in the video should be embarrassing to the builder! The client told them the dishwasher is leaking!
Builders response it’s a manufacturer issue!
WRONG!!!!
It’s was improperly installed!
The plug for the dishwasher drain was never removed! This preventing the dishwasher from draining and causing enough pressure to cause a leak!
Builder didn’t even bother to check and verify! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I asked the client if they made the right choice of getting a 🏠 warranty inspection?
They said with NO HESITATION yes! Money well spent!

This is just one of the MANY MANY homes I find with issues from the builder!
