New Home deals in Goodyear! Incentives with Pulte Mortgage are 3% of the Base price towards closing costs/rate buy down PLUS another 3% of Base price as a flex incentive on homes that can close by April. Currently, they have access to 4.5% on FHA and 4.99% on Conventional.
