Rates were fairly stable again this week. The Fed met this week and decided to leave rates alone for the moment, but most of the recent strong economic news suggests that they will raise rates again when they meet in December. Until then, rates will be sensitive to economic news (good news for the economy typically means bad news for rates) and any political turmoil (political uncertainty typically results in lower rates).



As of today, for a well qualified conventional loan we are able to offer 5.125%.
