Lots of herbs are having their moment this week - fragrant, flavorful, and ready to brighten up your meals.

Easy ways to use them:
🥔 Toss potatoes with olive oil + thyme or chives before roasting (or finish warm potatoes with dill + butter for a simple side)
🍅 Add fresh basil to pasta, salads, sandwiches, or slice over tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
🐟 Stir dill or chives into Greek yogurt, sour cream, or butter for an easy dip, dressing, or topping

🌿To keep herbs fresh longer: trim the stems, stand them upright in a jar with a little water, loosely cover with a bag, and store in the fridge for grab-and-go freshness.
