I created this page so everyone that is a member of the page/neighborhood could post, unrestrained; similar to the “Berkeley County Growth & Development” page. I’m working on fixing this issue asap; with hopes it’ll be today. The point is to hear from anyone with any concern/recipe/idea, etc in the neighborhood; not just hear my one side of the issues.

The HOA “Board of Directors” met in November and has posted (8) pages of notes from said meeting. I highly recommend everyone go on the app/website and read the (8) pages.

I have questions & opinions of what I read. I’m not looking for everyone to agree with me, just simply be informed; I know many will agree though.

Read the (8) pages, then come back and let’s discuss/debate what the Board is saying. Personally, I have issues with some of it, based on principle; I don’t believe they can do some of what is in the (8) pages.

I, Patrice Bliemeister, created this page to connect with my neighbors directly, without going door to door. Although I enjoy speaking with people face to face, sometimes it’s more convenient, for all, to jump on social media and share what’s on my mind with more than one neighbor at a time; not to interupt family time, dinner time, sleeoing babies, etc.

I’ve talked to a couple of HOA Board members about a FB Page, several times, in order to talk/share with my neighbors. There’s a FB Page, but no one knows about it, for one thing. but the other is Justin, our HOA President, is the moderator, and he does not monitor the page, nor does he allow a created post to be posted without his approval. I don’t need anyone moderating my speech, esp when they don’t do their part and moderate.

This page is for anything that anyone within the neighborhood wishes to share or discuss without limits. What you can expect from me is updates from the “Board of Directors” minutes from the HOA website/app, along with uncensored opinions on such matter. I’l also share recipes, upcoming events, or discussions to plan events with my neighbors, in hope my neighbors will do the same.
