May 18th: Home was listed and showings began

🏠 That's 42 days from "decision to sell" to closed!! That's only 15 days from listed to SOLD!

Did you know that there are ASSUMABLE MORTGAGES?? (.... and my newest listing happens to be a VA one at a 2.75% interest rate)

Not all loans are assumable, but here are some common types of loans that can be:

FHA (Federal Housing Administration) Loans: Some FHA loans are assumable, allowing a buyer to assume the existing loan terms, including the interest rate, remaining loan balance, and repayment period.

VA (Veterans Affairs) Loans: For assumable VA loans, the buyer must be a qualified veteran or assume the loan as a non-veteran with the lender's approval.
