Today was an emotional and exciting closing for a first-time homeowner! We saw a number of homes, and when we saw this one, it really felt like home. An aggressive offer strategy landed us under contract, almost $40,000 under the original asking price. Being familiar with the Lisbon market helped tremendously -- we knew where the pricing should land, and we hit the target!
