Service intervals are available on a weekly, 10-day, and bi-weekly basis. Our services commence at $45, with options for one-time cuts and overgrown lawn cuts available.
Notably, veterans, active and retired military personnel, first responders, nurses, and teachers are entitled to a $10 discount per cut. In the domain of older residences in the North Country, each shut-off valve presents a potential predicament: will it function correctly, will it be stuck, or will it fail, resulting in basement flooding? Our team, nonetheless, is well-prepared with the necessary equipment and expertise to protect your assets. To improve our efficiency, we have recently invested in a Pro-Press system, allowing us to accelerate repairs and effectively manage water shut-offs in situations where valves are problematic.
A recent service call regarding a lack of hot water demonstrates our capabilities. Upon investigation, we found that leaking pipes had caused the furnace to trip. As well as an improperly functioning mixing valve. Despite the challenges of a Sunday call with restricted supplies, we successfully restored hot water and rectified a previous inadequate repair.

Notably, the shut-off valves failed to operate as intended, but our prompt intervention resolved the issue, ensuring the property's safety and functionality.

**Note the Red Pex piping. Pex is suitable when utilized in the appropriate applications. This was not one of those instances. The fittings on this style Pex are a crimp-based system. The fittings go internally on these pipes, restricting water flow by 50%. Replacing this allowed all 3 floors to have ample hot water.**

Nice little back yard Renovation.
Removed swing set, dug out all the concrete, removed play area and mulch.
Hauled in fresh loom.
Graded the areas. We laid down some grass seed and put hay on the areas to help retain soil moisture and promote grass growth.
We also removed a ton of invasive trees and cleared a nice 12x20 area for raised garden beds.
We also did a few other small project for this customer!
