Today I got to see one of my favorite places from a completely different perspective... thousands of feet above it! 😍

From up here, the Hudson River winds through the valley like a ribbon, the mountains stretch for miles, and the views are enough to make you forget about your overflowing inbox for a minute. 🌊⛰️☀️

It's easy to see why so many people fall in love with living here.

Beautiful seasons.
Amazing outdoor adventures.
Charming towns.
And views that never get old.

☁️ No Topless Realtor sightings today...

Apparently Mother Nature had other plans. 🌧️🚫🚗

So instead of cruising around with the top down, I started my Friday with a walk/run/hike... because let's be honest, around here the hills decide what category of exercise you're doing. 😂⛰️

I threw on some real estate gear and hit the road.

The good news? I'm getting my steps in.

The bad news? I'm moving so fast nobody can actually read what's written on my shirt. 🏃‍♀️💨

(And by "so fast" I mean there may be photographic evidence proving otherwise. 😏)

Real estate is a lot like these hills...
Some days you're climbing.
Some days you're coasting.

Your favorite Topless Realtor was out driving around again.

Before anyone gets excited... Obviously the car, not me. 😂

Before enjoying this beautiful weather, I was chatting with a lender about some of the incredible programs available right now, including options specifically designed for medical professionals 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️.

One thing I hear all the time:

💬 "I'm going to keep renting for a while."

But consider this...

The average homeowner's net worth is significantly higher than the average renter's. Homeownership isn't just about having a place to live—it's one of the most common ways people build long-term wealth.

Thinking about buying? Here's what NOT to do before applying for a mortgage:

❌ Don't finance a new car
❌ Don't open new credit cards
❌ Don't make large unexplained deposits
❌ Don't quit or change jobs without talking to your lender

The buyers are OUT today and honestly... I don't blame them! ☀️🏡

I'm spending my evening chasing showings with the top down, sunshine on my face, and not a single complaint about working late. Perks of the job, right?

🏠 Home means something different to everyone. 🤍

For some, it’s a place. For others, it’s a feeling. A quiet morning coffee, kids running through the hallway, a fresh start, a safe space, or finally finding where you truly belong.

For me, home is also the people I work with every day. The relationships, the trust, the laughs, the support… it’s become family. And one of the greatest parts of what I do is getting to witness that unforgettable moment when someone walks into a house and realizes: “This is it. This is home.”

That feeling never gets old.
