Shocked and amazed at what helping others creates when added all together. I don't really love scoreboards and checking in on numbers because it doesn't really motivate me, instead it kind of freezes me! (Anyone relate?!)

My TRUE love is helping PEOPLE! 💜

These are the types of things that motivate me and I was lucky to experience in 2025:
1) Helping people move from a different state for their new job.
2) Finding a home with enough rooms for their growing family.
3) Helping loved ones move to their next place and getting to reap the benefits of their investment and equity in their home to make their next dream come true.
4) Guiding single parents to a home where new beginnings, comfort, and healing can begin.
5) Helping people move to more easy living so they can travel without worrying about their home and the maintenance.
6) Helping siblings navigate the loss of a loved one and the next steps to sell the home that is left behind (that sometimes they grew up in!)
7) Helping first time home owners navigate the process of buying a home with confidence!
8) Making longtime dream homes come true! (even with a neighborhood shuffle!)
9) Helping families move closer to their school so they can be more involved and closer to friends.
10) Helping people move away from where they were renting and start to invest in their own home and future savings.

Closing out the last two months of 2025 was absolutely incredible. The many families I got to be near and around as they were dreaming of their new homes by Christmas.
