Framing is complete and this Shavehead Lake home is quickly taking shape. The windows are now installed, rough-in plumbing is finished, and the electricians are hard at work behind the scenes.

With expansive lake-facing windows already opening up some incredible views, it’s easy to see this custom home coming to life. We’re excited to keep sharing the progress in the months ahead!

Meet Ronya! 🏠 As our Office Manager, Ronya Phillips helps keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly. With 8 years in construction and 3½ years at Miller Brothers Builders, she’s a steady force making sure the details are handled and the team stays on track.

💻 Can’t live without: Her brain, knowledge, and computer
❤️ Favorite part of the job: Hearing compliments from happy homeowners (but she truly enjoys all of it)
🚣‍♀️ Off the clock: Kayaking, hiking with her dogs, car shows, traveling, and spending time with her husband and adult children
🚗 Fun fact: She knows more about cars than most men
🌴 Dream destination: She’d time travel if she could—but since that’s not an option, the Maldives is calling
