UPDATE:
The 1 bedroom is gone, I have one 2 bedroom apartment that a resident needs her lease assumed, what that means is you wouldn't need to put a security deposit down just pay the $830.00 Jan rent move in Jan 1st and sign your one year lease (with approval of course and qualifying deposit amount) Merry Christmas to someone!!! I have a 2nd 2 bedroom that will be ready by New Years Eve and a 3 bedroom that will be ready by the first week of January. HURRY they really go fast!!! I'm in the office next week Monday, Thursday and Friday I'd really like to go into Christmas Eve with all of these townhomes spoken for.
